Below are two murals Leah created for Palmerston District Primary School for their sandpit areas featuring Aboriginal symbolism. Teachers can use the murals in teaching and learning and students can draw the symbols in the sand to experience traditional ways of storytelling.

This mural was painted at Mount Rogers Primary School in Melba next to their Bush Garden. This artwork represents the layout of the Bush Garden, the plants and garden features, along with the snake path that also symbolises each year group at Mt Rogers Primary Schools. Students contributed by filling in the colours of the shapes.
